The Woods Luxury Villas

This is a development of 11 luxury villas located at 12 Dublin Street, Queenstown. A large amount of local materials were used in the finishing with intricate detailing.

Every villa is different in layout and design. Derek spent 3 years full time on this development taking it right from the initial planning, through the resource consent and on to the completion of the build and fit-out.
