Queenstown Project Management is a small company owned by Derek and Anna Brown, specializing in the project management and/or onsite management of construction/development projects of all sizes within the Queenstown area.
Derek has lived in Queenstown for over 40 years having designed and built his first development, a twin apartment block at Fernhill in 1980 at the age of 19.

We are locals who personally know many of the Architects/Interior Designers and Tradespeople in the Queenstown area and are able to connect clients with the right people.
We are able to offer services from initial consulting through to full-time onsite management.
