Lake Hayes Home- completed 2016

This home was designed, built and project managed by Anna and myself.

Being our own home, this gave us the opportunity to try out some new and innovative construction techniques and finishes. These proved not only very successful in providing the look that we were wanting to achieve, but also cut the build time substantially.

The 394m2 home was built in a one year time frame by just Anna, myself and a hammer-hand. We also brought on two more builders for the last two months just to make sure it was completed in our time-frame.

We will be recommending to our clients some of the techniques that we used.
